Proposals

The use of specimens at the repositories for research beyond the study for which they were originally collected requires a formal study proposal. This proposal is called a New Works Concept Sheet, or NWCS.

The NWCS proposal submission and review process happens outside this website. Each clinical trial network has a different submission process. Review the applicable submission process and follow the network's instructions.
